Good Cause Greetings accepts payment by VISA,
MasterCard and American Express. Credit cards are not charged until the order
is shipped.
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or Priority
Mail. Next Day shipping is available. As pricing on Next Day shipping varies
widely based on the destination zip code, please call toll free (877) 543-1515 for
pricing. For International orders or orders shipped to multiple addresses,
please contact Good Cause Greetings for costs. Please provide a street address;
UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box.

All orders of 50 cards or more may be imprinted with a
name, address or corporate logo. Imprinting is done in black ink, to match the
black ink of the verse. Standard red, blue or green ink is available for card
and/or envelope imprinting for an additional $30. PMS colors may be specified
for an additional $45. Two-color imprinting is available. Double the prices in
the chart.

Custom Imprinting Information:
To imprint both cards AND envelopes, double the
prices above. A minimum order amount for imprinting is 50 cards and/or
envelopes.
Logos and/or Custom Verses: For a truly custom
card, imprint a corporate logo or write a custom verse. Add $30 to the order
total for this special form of personalization. Black and white, camera-ready
artwork must be provided for all logos. Faxes or photocopies will not be
accepted. Good Cause Greetings reserves the right to increase these charges if
the logo requires additional work by our Art Department. You will be notified
if additional charges are anticipated.
Proofs: A faxed proof must be approved prior to
printing. Please provide a fax number, telephone number and e-mail address on
all custom orders. Production time begins after receipt of the approved proof.
